EFiCell active charcoal filters provide ISO ePM10 85%/ M6 (EU6) initial efficiency, high velocity of adsorption, low drop of pressure, high dust retention capacity and excellent gas-type pollution adsorption capacity.

EFiCell AC use innovational three-level filtration environment where active charcoal is placed between two levels. Such an extraordinary advanced method provides the ultimate application of physical characteristics of active granular charcoal and unusually long term of filter service.

That filter has been developed to provide efficient filtration of volatile organic components (VOC) and of other low or medium concentration additions. Such additions could generate disgusting smell and sometimes do harm for human health. The principal sources of that undesirable pollution are gases processed by transport means and industrial emissions.

EFiCell AC is combined filter for particles and gases. It is processed from synthetic filtration material with core made of active charcoal.

The frame design is in compliance with typical standard air filter dimensions. Because of space-saving dimensions the most part of already existing filters may replaced with EFiCell AC without any changes in frame construction.

Active Charcoal Panel Filters

We are also able to provide active charcoal filters with panel frames.

Filter frames may be made of polystyrene, zincified metal or of stainless steel.

All standard dimensions are available as for EFiCell as for panel-type active charcoal filters.

Filters of other dimensions are made on request.

Active Carbon cylindrical cartridges

Cartridges with active carbon are intended for multiple use – when cartridge is contaminated, it's easily refilled with new carbon granules.

Application: The most reliable molecular filter for high efficiency and long-term control of molecular contaminants in sensitive buildings and process industries.

Filtration media: Broad Spectrum activated carbon for control of odours, VOCs and ozone. Various impregnated medias for control of difficult gases e.g. hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, DMS etc.

Temperature: 40°C maximum in continuous service.

Carb 1500/2600/9000 cylinders are produced from zinked metal or plastic ABS/HPDE for excellent corrosion resistance in process applications.

The 360-degree cylindrical geometry of the Carb filter, results in extremely even air flow distribution over the entire air filter area, ensuring maximum media life.

The pressure loss of the Carb filter is minimized as a result of the radiused air entry path in the inlet cap.

Carb cylinders are mounted and locked onto a dedicated mounting plate using a bayonet fitting on the filter inlet cap. A rubber-blade gasket moulded into the air entry cap effectively seals the joint between the end cap and the mounting plate to ensure that every installation of Carb is a leak-free. Assemblies of Carb filters can be built up in AHUs, ducts, plenums or also inside process equipment.

Carb cylinders are available in three lengths 250/450/600mm to handle different air flows.

The filters can be filled with a very wide range of granular or pelletized molecular filtration media to provide broad spectrum adsorption or target specific chemicals or groups of chemicals. The plastic ABS/HPDE cylinders may be disposed of after use by incineration.
