Choose the best quality with Emburgas Filters

    • Air permeability and versatility

The excellent air permeability properties of this foam make it ideal for a variety of applications such as sports shoes and helmets, as well as the automotive industry. It is used in air filters, engine filters and oil filters where effective ventilation is required. These filters are easy to wash and reuse, which makes them economical.

    • PPI index and filter efficiency

Filter efficiency is determined by the PPI index (pores per inch), which indicates the number of pores per running inch. The higher the PPI, the smaller the pores, which means the filter is denser and more efficient. For example, PPI 30, 45 and 60 are particularly suitable for ventilation system equipment, air conditioning systems, air humidifiers and vacuum cleaners. Depending on the application, the most suitable PPI can be selected to ensure maximum filtration efficiency.

    • Production and reticulation of filtering polyurethane foam

Filtering polyurethane foam has open pores that allow air to flow freely and effectively filter out unwanted particles. For optimal filtration, the pores must be the same size and evenly spaced throughout the material. In the production process, reticulation is used, a technology that eliminates pore walls with a mixture of hot gases. The result is foam with a mesh structure that is much stronger and more efficient than regular foam. This structure provides the filter with high strength and long service life, which is essential in various industrial and commercial applications.

    Water filtration and wastewater treatment

For purification, filtration, microbiological purification, filtering foam, which is made on the basis of polyether, is used. This material is resistant to water and many chemicals. Its applications are very diverse - from the production of filters for aquariums, fish breeding companies and wastewater treatment to the production of filters for oil platforms. We offer all types of filters - from PPI 10 to PPI 45.

In addition, the material is easy to wash and can be reused. Mesh foam products are successfully used in wastewater treatment plants and water treatment facilities, for mechanical, microbiological and also water treatment in oil product catchers as pre-filtration filters.
